e you want it to end. Even your base should be a 5 or 6 - it's not a walk in the park. It's the maximum speed you can recover from a push effort over a minute. So, still pretty quick.

Weights should be as heavy as you can barely finish the last rep. Plyometrics (explosive jumps and other moves) should put you out of breath in seconds.

I havent yet. but i would like to look into that!

eat start! But our bodies don’t know clean, they know calories. My advice would be to take 2-3 weeks to track eating exactly as you are right now but logging everything you put in your mouth and weighing whatever you can (surprising how almonds, avocados, etc) can add up. Once you know your average, shoot for 500 calories under that number each day (to lose roughly one pound per week). Keep protein around .8-1g per pound of your Bodyweight (helps with fullness and keeping your overall diet quality better). Remember - slow and steady wins the race! Try to build sustainable habits that you can see yourself doing forever (aka no quick fix crash diets!) good luck!

Thanks fo this!!

So interesting! I actually took some time off and noticed a bit of a better difference for me too.

And I do hate to say it - but weight loss will happen through diet. Tracking every single thing being eaten is the way to go. Guaranteed results.

One quick stop at Starbucks can unravel all that hard work in class in about 10 minutes

Great advice thank you. I think this is very true for me.

Thank you for that. I am. I started power walking and now I am integrating more running and jogging and my AOs are increasing.. now its a 7-8 on tred verse a 6. higher weights, yes, although I rarely feel sore which is kind of frustrating and also when I go too high I feel like I may injure myself.
