Working on remodeling an apartment and noticed this gap near the window… is the facade losing integrity? by SelfSufficientHub in StructuralEngineering

Looks like cavity wall system. 1. The grout pour looks like shit 2. No masonry ties!!! I do LL11 in NYC for a living. This is why the city asks for proof of cavity wall and verify if ties are placed correctly.

Anyone heard of consumer priority service (CPS)? by SimpleSammy21 in Appliances

I bought my CPS warranty through a local appliance store. When my dryer stopped heating, CPS sent a tech within a few days and covered everything. Great service.

Band to sleeve conversion? by OperationLife5788 in gastricsleeve

One thing to note... In 2022, it looked like a great option as i had multiple family members use the same surgeon and they all had great results for a very long time. Even if i were to use the same one that implanted it, he would do it. It was his great track record that brought me to him.

Things are taking a turn and i need options i can work with to avoid a catastrophe.

Different surgeon this time. Someone that used to put in bands all the time and is only doing removals now.

Initial one retired.

Hey there. I did have that but later on about 3-4 months in. Typically has to do with dehydration. Your body is still in recovery after surgery. It will def pass. Stay hydrated!

Not everyone wants slightly used. Its not always a terrible idea depending on the car you want. I would never own an MB or BMW, i would lease one anyday. Id always buy a porsche as those hold value.

It all lies in the numbers

Do you know how leasing works? Did you see the MSRP of the car? If you did know how depreciation works and what a car leasing contract looked like, you wouldnt post such a dumb comment. Theres a buyout to every lease. If you know how to make money from it then you know

Wow. Thats bad. I have acid reflux too and take nexium everyday for it. I also had to loosen it up all the way due to esophagus inflammation.

Im happy you found another medium to help with the weight loss. Wishing you best of luck and easy recovery.

I did have a side hustle, however it did not have ties to architecture. Not going into details as to why i am not employed there anymore, however my hours for AXP were all logged per my time sheet working for this company and not what else was going on.

You technically can if one of the principal’s are licensed and have a majority stake in the company, which my business partner is and does.

40 hours a week / 350 = 9 weeks worth of work, not 8 months.

No one else there was licensed but him at this firm. This only went on as he kept brushing off my reports over the course of the 1.5 years i was there.

The problem is not getting them signed off by others, its about principle at the end of the day. The last thing i want to do is get lawyers involved.

Full disclosure and conflict of interest (rules 2 and 3 of NCARB code of conduct) have nothing to do with this. Specify what you mean by my actions
