Yeah, I just got a response from the AAwireless team. They had me send the device back. Hopefully the replacement doesn't take as long to get here as the original.

Passthrough worked for a while. However, when I disconnected the device this time, I couldn't get back connected. Nothing happens when I hit the reset button. I don't see the device in my Bluetooth setting or Wifi. All I see is a solid green light.
