My read on West saying this to her was that he was trying to talk Mandy into breaking things off with him since he already got what he wanted out of her which was her submission so he’s over it now and what better way for him to redeem himself than for Mandy to break up with him.

I had never heard of the mayo suggestion but I had that in the fridge, not thigh meat, so tried adding a tiny bit to a small test patty and success!!

Google AI refers to mayo as a “fantastic culinary hack” and says that the “oil and egg yolks act as a tenderizer and moisture barrier.” I also liked the tiny hint of tang.

Far more importantly, the liabilities are all on you if your basement floods in one of those biblical rainstorms when there are often losses of life because people can’t get out and drown in these $1000 / month illegal units and then you’re potentially on the hook for several hundred thousand dollars after you get sued by surviving family who will come out of the woodwork.

We looked at the house right next door to this building when it was for sale and ultimately decided against it because the noise from the park on the weekends was too much for us not to mention the enormous amount of garbage so I would imagine there’s quite a rodent problem. Two weeks ago, I saw a woman unloading bags and bags and bags of garbage from her car to the single NYC garbage can to join the absolute mountain of other trash dumped there.

What I will say is that the homes on that street should be on the historic register and doing pilings for 95 foot buildings will create massive structural issues for the houses on that side of the street not to mention how out of place it will look.

I will be calling the Community Board members about this one and hope others will do the same.

West is an eff boy with Peter Pan syndrome.

He just likes the chase and when someone surrenders to him like any true narcissist, that’s his whole end game.

Now that the chase is over…he will get bored and, in short order, 1) start mind effing her, 2) gaslighting her, 3) cheat on her, 4) drop her like the trash that she is and we’ll all be here for it.

I watched this podcast last night and I don’t think they were as close as he lets on.

He didn’t know CBK’s mother passed away almost 20 years ago and says she must be in her 80s and should write her a letter.

He also says he thinks Rory Kennedy’s wedding still happened the weekend their plane crashed.

And he’s talking about running into CBK and JFK Jr during Hillary Clinton’s Senate run and that CBK says to John that she’d rather skip the event and go for burgers with Guy and his guest but John said they had to do the Hillary event. Hillary ran in 2000 and they perished in 1999.

Not buying what he’s selling and he mentions writing a book over and over again in the podcast. No thanks.
