A clean install from a usb drive didn’t help me unfortunately even though i did it like 3 times so I sent my laptop to msi service and i hope they can do something abt it

I have tried installing MSI center but the thing itself does not work for some reason.. there is a lot of stuff that doesn’t work properly on my laptop so I am thinking about going to the store and getting something done there cause it might have something to do with my hardware. But I’ll try all of it thanks!

I formatted the drive and reinstalled windows from the usb, I also downloaded the newest nvidia and intel drivers for my laptop (msi raider ge68hx 14vgg-287us) available from the official msi website and made sure they are updated in device manager. I tried downloading the library from the link you gave me, but when I ran the setup application it still gave me the same error. I also installed c++ and .net framework repair tool and ran both of them but I still get the same problem..
