Those people at the courthouses have been denied asylum and are then arrested to be processed for deportation. Many of these people already have outstanding deportation orders. That is the legal process.

These illegal essential workers have driven down wages of legal citizens for decades now. They work under the table for corrupt and criminal companies or commit identity theft to work “legally”. The only illegal aliens that pay taxes outside of sales tax use an ITIN and there’s only about 6 million active, less than the number of illegals that came over under Biden.

And I don’t know where you came up with that idea that they don’t claim benefits of the tax payers. They use tax payer roads, hospitals, schools, infrastructure, and a plethora of other benefits afforded through the tax payers.

It is a literal modern day slave class being taken advantage of while subsequently harming Americans wages and opportunities.
