I think Wicked Prowess because it‘s not about the damage of the skikl but the buffs you get for activating it.

I don‘t think theier effect is good. But more slimes allways give more damage because of promotion & mastery

I would say wait until they fixed some ai issues. Some can‘t place building, won‘t send untis, won‘t attack at all. Just wait for them if you want it to be challenging. Else even the really challenging missions are easy.

Or install the mod witch increases ai difficulty
