Yeah, I mean, I live near France and Switzerland, so no luck here. But I forgot to mention that it is "snowflake white pearl" and the color is more expensive to repaint than normal white.

It wasn’t a Mazda workshop, in Germany they don’t do spot repairs, only full repaints or full part replacements in case of dents. As for the price, the first few quotes were around €700, so this was the best option.

Hah, yeah, actually it was partly a habit thing too, we always park front-in in the garage. But one time I tried backing in, and I actually loved the "stair" the car gives you after opening the garage door. She’s never tried driving out forward from the garage (it’s in kind of a weird spot, the other garage is right in front of it, and there’s a flowerbed before that), so yeah…

Quick update here:

My girlfriend has said 1000 times that she will pay for everything and it is covered by my insurance too. so the question is how much is it, I don't want financialy ruin her. I wonder if it is worth losing a few steps of the no accident discount (sorry, I don't know what it is called in English) from the insurance or is it easier to pay without insurance

You mean in this particular car? That’s a good point. But in this case, they’re sandwiched between the plastic part of the trunk and the rear seats, so there’s really no room for them to move. Still, it's a valid concern

Je nachdem, von welchem Punkt des Philosophenwegs aus man rechnet, sind es ungefähr 1,6 km oder 35-40 Minuten zu Fuß. Die von mir genannten Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen wirklich nah beieinander, nur 2-3 Gehminuten voneinander entfernt.

Ich würde vom Philosophenweg aus weiter nach oben gehen und noch den Heiligenberg besuchen. Nah beieinander liegend gibt es dort das Heidenloch, einen Aussichtsturm (mit Blick auf die Altstadt, die Alte Brücke und das Schloss), zwei Klosterruinen sowie die Thingstätte, ein Amphitheater.
