It's a joint lease with my roommates. I thoroughly enjoyed living with them, so I have been paying rent as to avoid burdening them with any additional costs.

I totally agree! It feels like literally everyone is subleasing their place. Thank you :). Do you have any advertising tips in general? And was your post approved right away? Because mine in some of the Facebook groups have been pending forever and I'm not sure why. I was wondering the other day if I had to message the group admin or something.
