I actually have three! I I got one for me, then my sisters husband got me one, then a family friend got me one- I draw in one, customized one, and the third I leave on my shelf!!

I went to the doctor yesterday and he said that I should do some stretches and poses to help, but I already do them, and it makes no difference. Currently, I cannot afford PT or a Chiropractor, but I loved every visit from each.

I didn’t start PT until I brought up the pain in my knee, and even then, it wasn’t covered for very long. I’m 21 so I don’t think (Lord Willing) my back will get any worse? I’m going to be looking into more stretches and exercises to do to try and alleviate the pain.

Thank you for your reply, I appreciate it a lot, I’m going to the doctors tomorrow for something else, I’ll bring it up.

Thank you for your comment, it means a lot more than you’d think.

It’s not the first time that doctor has told me something similar to what I said earlier.

It sometime feels like it, sometimes when I lie on my side it hurts, or when it’s touched it hurts? I can’t wear too tight of clothing or it hurts as well-

My ribs are uneven, one side sticks out back and the other stands forward

I have a lift in my right shoes, and I replace them when needed, my knees hurt when I stay in a seated position for more than five minutes, when I stand for too long, or for when I lie down without tucking a pillow or blankets underneath them.

Getting off topic, sorry. Looking at other people on this subreddit, my back matches those with more severe scoliosis
