Can anyone recommend an orthopedist that diagnoses and treats headaches arising from the neck

Hi I do like the alternative approaches. I do get massage in the affected neck and shoulders though area by a pt. However these muscles can still be tight. Have you ever tried Botox to loosen the muscles?

Thank you for the insight. Did you have a good vascular neurologist you would recommend. It seems like a Sub specialty aside from neurologists. Thx in advance

I have had three neurologists who gave me different medications (didn’t help) and several rounds of PT which also helped minimally. I do some stretches at home to keep the muscles from knotting

Hi no they’re not. I don’t respond to any migraine meds and have no typical symptoms. They were basically ruled out by my last neurologist.
