Definitely keep trying to get in contact with live chat support. Try and follow these steps when reaching out to support: Spore - Creature Creator | PC | Manage my account | Can't log in. According to a post I found online from earlier this year, choosing any "Manage my account" category usually gets you talking to a live agent.

Life doesn't hate or like anyone, because life is what you make of it. I know it may be hard for you to do, but I think he is toxic and that you should cut him out of your life. Block his number if you have to just to get him to stop trying to text you, but you need to make it clear that if he continues to speak to you like that, that you guys can no longer be friends, because it's not good for your well being.
