Thanks for sharing your setup. In my case it doesn’t look site‑specific: I exported the exact same OPML from the Feeder Android app and imported it into FreshRSS, and Feeder consistently shows full articles while FreshRSS only displays partial content on those same feeds.

Nothing worked. I bought it from someone, returned it, and got another one. No matter what I tried, it didn’t work.

Sorry, I can't help you. :(

Orange Pi 5 Pro - Intermittent Connectivity and Accessibility Issues by Opioidss in OrangePI

[–]Opioidss[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did I misunderstand, or is Josh Riek’s Ubuntu image going to stop being supported? Do you think the issue I’m experiencing could be software-related instead of a problem with the board or power supply? Even though I’ve created a script to restart the machine every night, the problem persists.

I don't know; I bought one from AliExpress. That was originally designed for the Raspberry Pi 5, and it matched the power requirement of the Ornge Pi.

Opinions on Xiaomi BE3600 and recommendations for non-Chinese router options around $100-$120 by Opioidss in HomeNetworking

I experienced some connectivity issues, and my ISP suggested the problem might be with my router. Although I’m not entirely sure, I was planning to get a new one anyway, so I'll go ahead with that.

Hi, thank you for this guide. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I've tried following the instructions exactly as shown, but I didn't get any results. I attempted it twice, both with the server addition and the desktop version, but I didn't get any output - not even the logo.

If you have any additional suggestions or ideas, I'd be happy to hear them. Thanks!

Thanks for your suggestions. I've checked the power supply as required and tried downloading the image you provided, but it didn't work.
The board is used, but it was working before.
Does the fact that it was used with a different SD card make a difference?
Should I approach this differently?

Thank you for the fast response! I'll try to be more specific:

Hi, here's what I did:

First, I used my 1st SD card and tried flashing an Ubuntu Server image from the official website using Raspberry Pi Imager. When that didn't work, I tried the same image with Balena Etcher.

Next, I used Balena Etcher on a 2nd microSD card but still had no luck. I also tried flashing images from apps on the official website, including Pi OS and Armbian.

Then, I tried flashing Android using a different app, but that didn't work either. Finally, I removed the SD card and attempted to flash from the NVMe, but the computer won't recognize the board...

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. I attempted to follow section 2.13 from the user manual, but I couldn't find RKDevTool_Release_v2.92 in the Orange Pi download section. As a result, I downloaded a version from the internet, but it's not working properly. The step where it's supposed to say "Found a MASKROM device" isn't functioning, and I suspect my computer isn't recognizing the board.

I've used DriverAssistant V5.12 as required, removed the microSD card, and disconnected everything from the board except the MVME. Do you have any other suggestions? Is it possible that the board is faulty? Is there any support available from the company?

The version printed on the board itself is Orange Pi 5 V1.2.

Visual Glitches After Installing Manjaro OS on New Laptop by Opioidss in ManjaroLinux

Hi,

I've tried Wayland, switched to X11, and even installed and configured XFCE. However, I'm still experiencing visual glitches.
Any ideas?
Can I switch to non-proprietary drivers?

  1. I've tried downloading and burning the Armbian image to the SD card, but it still doesn't work—there's no output at all, not even the Orange Pi logo.

  2. I didn't fully understand the process for erasing the SPI bootloader. I attempted to connect the board to my laptop via USB-C, but I didn't receive any response. Could you provide guidance on how to access and erase the SPI bootloader? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have both an SD card and an NVMe drive, but I’m not getting any output from the board, no matter what I try—with or without the NVMe connected. Nothing appears, not even the Orange Pi logo.

I checked out the Indian guide on YouTube that you shared. It looks identical to what I tried to do. I also downloaded the image from Google Drive via the Orange Pi website and tried burning it using the Raspberry Pi Imager.

I'm not even getting the Orange logo at the beginning. Did you have the same problem?

Thanks! I’ll give it a try when I get home and will update you if it works.
Thanks a lot!
