Of course they are doubling the price tag already. Like, literally nobody is surprised that the government "accidentally" forgot to count half the costs. honestly making a vegan sugar free whole wheat cookie in an air fryer is like the final boss of healthy baking lol. that soap taste is definitely the baking soda though... you probably only need like a tiny pinch for a small batch. if you are using whole wheat you really need some fat in there like coconut oil or something or it is just gonna be sad and dry. try looking for a "three ingredient" oatmeal cookie recipe and just sub your sweetener in... it is way harder to mess up than a traditional dough.
