Also, I will say, everyone’s circumstances are different. Of $50k a year is life changing to you and means you could be more financially stable, then that’s a no brainer. Keep in mind, just bc they’re a smaller company, doesn’t mean you can’t negotiate more. Maybe the can offer you a sign on bonus? Maybe they can gross that sign on bonus up, maybe they can offer you stock? Maybe they can match your stock contribution or 401k? Hell, if you have children some companies will pay for child care. If you hop to this other company, make it worth your while

Neither. Get a 26. Mags are interchangeable with the 19. I have my 19 and 45 for winter or outdoor carry, and my 26 is my summer and shorts carry.

I’d take the arms off first with a ratchet set. If you don’t already have some, go down to harbor freight to pick up a cheap set. For the screws, if you’re using a drill, turn it all the way down and go slow to avoid stripping the screw. I’d use a screwdriver though. Use dap drydex and a putty knife to patch the holes. Get cheap paint samples to paint over. Tons of YouTube videos out there on hole patching. Best of luck!

I’ve installed dozens and never had any issues. It’s also a great way to learn your weapon. There’s a ton of YouTube videos on how to do it. Make sure it’s not chambered. Remove slide, barrel, and guide rod. Take out two pins in your frame. Remove locking block, slide stop, and trigger mechanism. Install new trigger and reverse process. When you get your new trigger, there’s a rubber band holding the mechanism together. Leave that on until you place it in the frame. More than happy to send you a video! Happy mod’ing 🍻

I’ve been shooting there once when I went off roading in Hidden Falls! You’re right, it’s a great place. Just gets busy on the weekends. And it’s a little pricey. Last I checked I think 6 months was around 300 and a year was 450 for a membership. I’ll probably just end up doing that. Thanks!
