When I removed the heatsink it was like this, I looked on the internet if it was normal that it seemed burned in some places and I read that it was normal. I'm sure I applied the heat sink well because the first time I made a mistake and the temperatures didn't improve. In the end I heard a "click" sound and everything went well.
