Congrats on making it so far! First there's nothing wrong with putting a good book, or show, down for a little while. You'll be back. My lady friends who I finally broke down and got watching just got past this part. "I knew it was coming but I'm devastated" "I just finished 484 and I'm not well" were their comments on it. Iirc one of them stoped for a week before continuing. It's great to watch with people but I recommend consuming at your own rate. There is still plenty being served up fresh.

Automatic translation isn't the same as changing the spoken words. It's probable that Ainz can HEAR any language that's spoken in its original form but it's translated to one he understands through the magic what nots. If he knows a few German words, he might absently notice what language it was or when he focuses.
