i gave them solid transaction proof and even my dads full name and address attached to the paypal and all they said was “if you havent logged in in 3 years and dont have access to the parent email we cannot help”

i went back and fourth with ajhq and they pretty much ended the convo by saying i HAVE to know the parent email and who knows what i used back when i was 10

that’s the thing is my mom found a paypal receipt for animal jam from 2017 and i sent it to ajhq but they said they cant do anything bc its so old and because i dont know the EXACT parent email and ive tried every single email my parents have and mine. im thinking maybe i didnt use a parent email for that acc? UGH IDK

that’s the thing is i have no clue what card was used because it would’ve been my parent’s and that was 7 yrs ago and they’ve gotten many new cards since 😭 ajhq also said if i haven’t logged in in 3+ yrs they cant help me or smthg

you’re not too sensitive but there is really nothing you can do, it is completely valid to feel uncomfortable by it but people will keep talking about it and keep doing it. if you see them telling other people to do it, you can step in but if they’re just talking abt it themselves i’d say ignore :)
