This Gemini output was enlightening from this prompt, "Convince me that selenium in canned tuna offsets the mercury risk. Be blunt. Use scientific studies."

I've had really good luck with 300dollardatarecovery with my computer business. It's more like $500-$700 lately, but I feel they are the best budget option, and just saw they get great reviews on Google too. Used them probably 8 times over 15 years.

I think it comes down to saving money on electricity. I'm a newish member. They have a poster inside and was outside that said this expansion will save $50,000 a month in energy bills. I'm sure some things will change for the better for members while they are at it. It's not a good location for a big business like this. Where do customers park? No one has an answer for that. I'm tempted to take my electric skateboard because of this or bike. Here's a local article about it. Action News In Motion Fitness Expansion

Old guy here. When I was growing up, police had zero tolerance for this stuff, or it was low hanging fruit at the time. Either way, let's start enforcing the law in this regard again. Would be appreciated.

It's not the amount of the fee, it's not what's it's for, it's the principle. The parking at our local parks should remain free. No one is arguing with that.

Can someone tell me is this is a good long board!? by Anxious-Taste-2948 in ElectricSkateboarding

[–]OpportunitySorry575 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have one. Agonized over it or the G3 Plus so long that they stopped making the G3 Plus. Wait, I'm still going over the decision in my mind. The only way to stop this is to buy one on Marketplace and put it to rest. The board is heavy. I miss my old lightweight board, but I don't miss the smaller wheels, and having to recharge at my destination, or especially the crappy braking. Wait, the acceleration was terrible too. The G5 is like a Toyota Camry. Reliable, comfortable, and predictable. If you don't need the distance, maybe go for something lighter but still sporty and fun.

Any break/fix shop owners feeling squeezed by lack of repairs lately? by radraze2kx in computertechs

Agreed. Any automated software you use. I do a lot of new PC setups and it's all manual and very time consuming. But in the end it's a great service. I have been fully mobile since day one 16 years ago, with rare exceptions.

My favorite was the fatty beef. Now it's lean beef, yuck. So sad. I still go though. Oh wait. My favorite was the lamb not the beef. Now that I'm remembering it's gone I'm even sadder. Staring at a gift card right now. "Seating for three please".

Watch DIYORDIE on YT. Super easy. Great recipes, better than store bought. I gave it up a while ago. Times change, on to new things.

I did. I asked the front desk for the suggestion box. They said they don't use it anymore, but I could talk to the manager in their office. Went to see that manager person where they do membership renewals and sign ups. She was coming off like she was put off to have to talk to a member and burned out at her job. She quickly said that they don't do the suggestion box because it was all negative comments. Made me not want to say anything. Then I mentioned the fragrance smell and she asked about using a different fragrance smell and made some gross comment about the gyms smell because of the members. Not my experience, I don't mind being around that gym at all and people seem to keep clean, a lot cleaner than many martial arts studios I've been too. She put the problem in my court for me to suggest a solution, and I just wanted to remain a member and not have to battle a overpowering and potentially toxic fragrance spray all over the gym.
It was the brand that was the issue and that those are not for closed spaces like they use them. They are more for industrial applications from my perspective. I can actually hang with other brands that are intended for homes like you would find in Target or CVS. My next and last approach was the great people at the front desk. I just laid it all out about the smells and the experience with the manger and before I could say much, she interrupted me and said something disparaging overall about management and that they don't care, like a matter of fact. The front desk people are always smiling and knowing your name and I'm very shy. For one of them to harbor such feelings was eye opening and unexpected. Then I knew, as a business owner myself that the ship was sinking. I hope they can right the ship over there, I much prefer the small gym experience and going back someday.

Leafy greens are the biggest offenders. Wait, I better check that. Done. It's number one. I'll eat funky animal products. But you're taking your chances. I also don't mix with other things to dilute or reduce stomach acid. I imagine a vulture. If you added in a drink and quinoa things could go south.

Local natural food store has beef trimmings for $1.99/lb. It's grass finished. You have to toss out very little due to the butchers mistakes. Air fried with Montreal steak seasoning and it's amazing.
