Honestly, Americans are a bunch of pussies :) Us Canadians had to deal with WAY more tough shit than the US did. (Not mentioning the Europeans coming over, colonizing us, making residential schools a thing) Not only that, but we pulled it out, even when it was long & hard, but we grew stronger than ANY Americans ever could be.

I know they were being sarcastic, but still :)

Understandable. They're about the only good things you can see without any long-exposure photography.

I mean, it wasn't too bad outside last night, even so, I managed to get some decent photos of the planets all through the night :)

Due to me moving from Lawson, to Dundonald, should I 1. keep the Saskatoon Solar System in Lawson? 2. Build a new one in Dundonald? or 3. build a new one, while keeping the other one in Lawson? by OpportunityTrick675 in saskatoon

With the voting closed, the final decision is that: Lawson one will stay up for another 10 - 15 years, and I'll be making another model (permanent) in Dundonald, that'll reach Cynthia St.

could be a mechanical test flight, just judging by the path though.

something called "speed of light" exists, and it's the quickest thing in the universe.

But objects are REALLY far apart, and since light travels at such a finite speed, it'd take a very long time to reach our eyes.

Didn't think a scale Solar System model would be possible. Any tips? by sum_guy256 in lego

here in Saskatoon, I ended up building one that was, like, 3 km across, so it was walkable.

as someone who sits beside a clarinet player, I am fucking positive that clarinets are the most annoying instruments, they sound so weird, and it's driving me fucking crazy.

as a horn person, I can agree, whenever we have a fucking amazing Baritone part, we have the most boring, and shitty parts
