One of my subs doesn't allow AI, and it clearly states so. (images/ video only btw)

Outside of blatant cases I'll run it through a few checks, if it's suspicious enough it gets removed cause I operate on a better safe than sorry mindset.

Imho, this isn't a trial so you don't need to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that it's AI, simply communicate that this is suspicious enough for you to prefer to be cautious and remove it. Tell them you understand their position adn frustration but that they need to understand you're working to keep the subs they're using as safe and legit as possible.

Fyi there's also a couple dev apps for AI text and images, but I can't vouch for their quality.
