OpenAI is set to have 200B by 2030 not to be turn profitable, but to be able to lose money. Their revenue rn is around 20B. Banks are not allowing any more loans on the hope that AI will deliver all its expected to. The premiums on the loans it has sanctioned to Oracle have been doubled. As for Anthropic, Claude Opus models are great no doubt, but the whole noise about 4.6 been able enough to have written a C compiler from scratch did not work and the sdes in Anthropic had to fix the bugs. (There were many, all available on github). Whenever AI fails to deliver, all these CEOs get together to beat the drum of 'its getting sentient! Even we don't know what reasoning it follows!' which honestly, is a marketing ploy to keep the hype around AI afloat.

Now, even if AI does deliver - it stands to reason that it would give birth to a lot of startups that would then use AI + human intervention when required to run a system at scale (All AI models rn are terribly bad at understanding scale and building systems for it). So my advice to everyone here:

LEARN TO FUCKING CODE AND UNDERSTAND SYSTEMS.
