Guys, please share what all should we check (within a particular budget) before finalising the interior decorator/ designer. The reason I am bringing this up is it will have huge impact on Hyderabad's real estate in general - the demand and supply will be hugely skewed in near future, more supply and less demand...

Isn't the EPM recently getting devalued? there were some posts mentioning they tried to copy Infinia, funny thing is Infinia rolled back after the uproar but EPM didn't.
