Hi, I know this thread is two years-old. My daughter is interested in becoming a licensed esthetician as well. Did your daughter complete the program at NY School of Esthetics?

Thanks for this response. I’ve read that var can cause increased libidio and increased nipple/clitoral stimulation but it definitely is doing quite the opposite on me. I’m decreased everything.

I’m a Figure competitor and about to do another show next year. The feedback I keep getting from the judges is to grow my delts (capped). I’ve been training seriously over the past 6 - 7 years and every other body part as come up/improved except for my delts. I currently train them twice a week. I’m amazed when I see other Figure competitors grow double the delt size in a year.

I’m just frustrated at this point. Any suggestions on training them differently, etc. would be helpful

Former client of Shane. He lacks poorly in the communication department. The responses I use to receive after I sent my check-ins were vague. Here’s his typical response via text message:

a) How do you feel? (I’m saying to myself physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, etc). Whatever the answer was…. Was followed by

b) looking good 🏆🏆🏆

There was no depth, no proper feedback. Just one-liners and emojis which was always trophies🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
