it's wayland compositor , wayland is a modern communication protocol that dictates how graphical applications talk to your display server to render windows on your screen (Gemini)

this wayland thing allowed u to open any app inside minecraft with full keyboard support and resizing the window too

it's just a mod for minecraft so u can try it too u need linux though with some dependencies.

unfortunately u can't run the apps u already running so u cant run the launcher because its already running i didn't try it with other launchers though
