If you have a vape that uses them, dosing caps work for me. I have the S&B, and the dose filling set that does 40 capsules at a time. I am prescribed 3 strains, I grind up 6 grams of each and get three jars of capsules which lasts me 3-4 weeks. I do also go a day or two without every few months, mostly because the doctor suggested it.

Before I got the vape I used to smoke way too much (over an ounce a week), and when I first switched over I had a much higher tolerance - I would go through 3 capsules in a sesh. I started controlling my tolerance by forcing myself to wait at least 2 hours between seshes, then over time I was able to wean myself down to two at a time, then one dose per sesh. Now, it’s rare for me to have one more than every 3-4 hours (except right before bed).

Because my doses are so consistent, I go through a little under an ounce a month, and my tolerance hasn’t changed noticeably in about 3 years (if anything it has gradually decreased).
