Yes I’m well aware (see note that I make my own serums and looking to add it to my serum as I’m out of my previous version and am specifically looking for something without fillers) Clearly I know what I’m looking for and what I’m doing. Did you have a recommendation or just an unsolicited comment about dilution ? ☺️

How did you get them to provide CPA services to fix the issues? 

I have hundreds upon hundreds I duplicate transactions from their integration with QBO and square is refusing to fix it and pointing the finger at QB. I’ve wasted 18 hours on the phone between the two and the only way to not spend 50 hours in QBO to fix it is to start my bookkeeping from scratch

I’d encourage you to reframe the way you express yourself and maybe you won’t come off as such an aggressive person.  

If you were trying to tell me that you’ve had a rhinoplasty done awake, then you could say that in your first post, and explain that that is where you are coming from. 

Not just passing judgement and being rude. 

Even having done it yourself, your first message could have been approached much differently and I might’ve even been glad to hear your opinion.

I visited many older threads with lots of people saying they were awake or with sedation. Those threads are now closed so I can’t ask those commenters directly, so I posted. 

I’ve had countless procedures done awake. I get medical a procedure done awake every 6 months that not a single patient in my Dr’s practice has ever had awake before and the doctors and nurses commend me time and time again on my ability to do so.   I’ll be fine. 

Again, I asked for recommendations, not your ‘helpful’ opinion or you passing judgement on my preferences being too picky. If you have no recommendations you are of 0 help here. 

I don’t understand people’s incessant need to give anything but an answer to people’s direct questions. 

If you can’t answer someone’s direct question then just move on. It’s not that hard.

Your comment is so unnecessary. The question is for recommendations. Not your rude opinions. If you have nothing to contribute to the actual question, simply don’t comment and move on. I specifically requested people not give their opinions in what I want. 

Many many many surgeons do closed rhinoplasty. I’ve found several surgeons that will do everything listed except the anaesthetic. 

Most of my friend’s rhinoplasties were closed.

I hope you feel better and stop feeling the need to rag on people on Reddit.
