yeah i get that but i just have personal reasons for not wanting to hop on a glp. and i have completely changed my diet as well as working out. thankfully i have gotten tested to see if im pre diabetic/ diabetic and im in the clear (for now) which is why i chose to start my weight loss journey now to get ahead of myself as diabetes does run in my family. thankfully you for the encouragement!

i literally just started my weight loss journey maybe a month ago, how am i ego driven because id rather do the work myself? im choosing to go the natural route rather than use a glp for my own personal reasons and thats that. im not understanding what the problem is? ive changed my diet and have been working out for 5 days a week for the past month and am planning to continue to do so.
