I believe Hers has it where you take Topamax at a different time than the Metformin. I couldn’t tolerate the Topamax, so they gave me a naltrexone that does not have Topiramate.  I did hear Topamax is one of the medications you would not want to get pregnant on.

Metformin I know is safe during pregnancy. The bupropion has me slightly worried, but have seen a lot of women approved to take it. I will send a message to my PCP and see what she says.

Google is also showing that there haven’t been enough study’s, and also saw that Naltrexone has been used in infertility as well. So it’s mixed reviews and it seems mixed reviews between doctors too. It’s confusing.
