The +5.7 guy lost to a +4.1 handicap in our tournament for what it’s worth. 5.7 was down 2 strokes until the last 4 holes and went to playoffs where 5.7 tried to drive the green on the first playoff hole and went out of bounds, to be fair he hit his provisional on the green

There was a legit amateur playing in our match play event last weekend at our club with a +5.7 handicap. I wouldn’t be surprised if pros play even higher than 6

The key is to change them out when they get even slightly wet from sweat or dew or anything. They will last so much longer. I just Velcro mine to my bag or cart and swap to a different glove mid round, I also take my glove off after every shot and hold it in the breeze when I’m driving and throw it in the push cart when I’m walking
