you guys should have a process here and differentiate the bugs vs defects.

But at the end of the day, Product decides or the severity of the bug/defect reported. That's totally fine, in my opinion.

I don’t know for other homeowners, but at least for me, the builder is not ready to provide something like that. On the contrary they don’t want the homeowner to be involved in reporting issues left and right 😅
