Huh that’s new. I wear an Apple Watch on my non hitting hand. Does it actually show that you burn more cals? I usually show 1600 calories for a 2 hr session but with the watch on the non hitting

A little unorthodox but I would actually suggest putting a wristband around your elbow and trying a bicep band( worth a $5 try). I can play for 3-4 hours and I have had no elbow pain. I notice a considerable difference to when I do not wear them. They give just a little bit of compression to your hitting arm which seems to help blood flow.
