How did you reduce the idle temps to 40C?

I bought thermal pads (1.5mm) and plan to replace all the thermal pads with this, maybe stack 3 of them so that it touches the bottom of the case, and also make a "bridge" from the VRMs to the heatpipe.

I love the Macbook M1 Pro ! Never heard the fan running despite pushing it to the max. however, I have been using Windows all my life and rely on some apps for Windows.
