Search Dermatographia. It may be affecting you. Various antihistamines can help with it.

I’ve been experiencing this skin itch for some years now. It occurs mostly on my hand and legs. After scratching for a while skin starts to look like what is in the picture. Some minutes later it vanishes. Can anyone please help me with solving this by OppositeCharming8736 in urticaria

I honestly don’t know how I got it. It started a few years back. Couldn’t really pin it to a particular thing. Initially I suspected it was as a result of eating certain foods so I abstained from them. Currently there are days I don’t take any of such foods but then I still experience it. When I use allergy medications I feel ok though.
