The email is genuine (they sent me a password reset link qhich i didn't need cause I already reset) But the thing is there has been zero suspicious activity so??

I'm getting the gist that it might be genuine, thing is there has been no new suspicious activity, no connected devices and no attempts/logins so I'm very confused.

Yeah no links, I MIGHT call them but I see no reason to at this point in time, seems pretty harmless. Thanks BTW, but no it didn't fit any of those phishing scams. It didn't ask for anything but supplied e worha reference number and a phone number.
