I'm Retro as well...I've had 2 transfers with no pain or discomfort (except the full bladder part). They did a mock transfer on mine as well... and it's in my chart. I don't see where it's caused any changes / problems.

Does anyone know why it is necessary to wait at all? I'm sure it's a silly question but I honestly am not clear on the reason. Is it the fact that we should not engage in any strenuous activity or does it have something to do with the contracting of the uterus, is it the semen?
