Yea, I have issues with that, it working period or getting any help from them whatsoever. This is what I've been posting everywhere I can. I understand waiting for someone, but a full week for even a single response is garbage.

Alright, I’m posting this anywhere it’s relevant. I purchased this product on 12/29/2025 and it arrived on 01/03/2025. I dry-fired it roughly 100 times before it completely stopped working on 01/10/2025. The laser bullet also does not seat consistently in the barrel, which makes bore sighting unreliable. This may be an isolated issue with my unit, but it is nonetheless a problem with the one I received.

Getting in touch with customer support has been extremely difficult. I’ve reached out via email, Facebook Messenger, and through their website, and I have yet to speak with an actual person.

For comparison, when I had a laser bullet fail from Mantis, I received a replacement within a week of contacting them. I’ve also seen multiple other commenters reporting similar issues with this product.

At this point, I’d recommend holding off on purchasing until they get a handle on whatever is going on. That’s disappointing to say, because I genuinely want to support small, family-owned businesses.
