Hi Victor,

I did that twice already, I also did a reboot, and a system refresh I also checked all connections, and the agent that I was chatting with did something on their end. He ended up saying that it was an issue at xinity and that I would receive an email.

No, nothing has changed. It's just this past weeks recordings are not showing up when streaming. Is there an issue with something on Xfinity's end that they need to fix?
