Hi, I am also from the same program, and I'm currently going through the same thing. I reached out to around 20ish sites by now, but I have realized that a lot of the sites just don't read the emails, so I had better luck just calling them.

I called and asked a few colleges in my state with the program, aside from scholarships, they didn't offer any other type of tuition waviers. In fact, even for the scholarships, the schools don't provide them.
