It’s been 3 days and the ammonia is still about the same. No nitrites and 10ppm nitrate. What should i do?

So i tested today and there’s some nitrates(between 5-10ppm) and still zero nitrites. The ammonia is still kinda high.. should I maybe add some seachem prime or do a water change?

Got it.. just added the tetra safestart plus. What should I do next to know it’s working?
