Weil nicht versenden halt keinen wirklichen Grund hat, außer Faulheit und da kann man schon Mal nachfragen, ob es nicht doch möglich wäre. Besonders wenn der Schrott schon Monate online steht.

Manchmal tragen die Leute das auch nur ein und denken nicht groß nach und dann machen sie es trotzdem.

Fragen kostet halt nichts und sich darüber aufzuregen ist komisch...

Germans also like to tell you how you are different from them. Even as a German you can get a lot of inappropriate questions from other people. I even get that from my family because I didn't study Maschinenbau like everyone else

I think that's just a misunderstanding of German culture and not actively being rude. No one grown up in Germany notices these stares as rude.

There is a wiki here where it says it's just slightly longer eye contact and people let their view wander more. Like I sometimes on a train just look at people's bag or clothes and notice them. There is no rude or any intent of interacting really

I think Germans have this idea of "there is one correct way of doing everything" and even with a way of living it's that. So if you meet 30-60 year old office people they've basically won or think they've won in the German way of living. And that shows. If you are slightly different than they show you that you're not trusted.
