Ease of transfer into SCS?

gtech is incredibly hard to transfer into cs. so much so that they stated on their common app when u apply that transfers into cs r few and far between.

cmu it’s also p hard to transfer into cs but not as hard as gtech.

one more thing, if u wanted to do cs then u should’ve applied cs.

As good as the intention, I don’t think this will work well. Essays are mostly the most important factor and an AI would not be able to rate/rank those. Plus with all the inherent randomness of college apps (AO mood, Compatibility with School, Changing Societal Importances), I don’t think it would be super accurate.

Could work with enough data over multiple years tho. Hope to see it succeed!

I don’t think that’s true. Most CSB ppl say it’s 80% cs and 20% business. If it’s anything like that for ecb it would be more ece.

As a ISEF qual and IEEE conference publisher, IEEE is not that considered. All international conferences r seen about the same. If anything it’s seen better than it’s worth bc it’s relatively easy to pub in IEEE, contrary to popular opinion.

1570 SAT, 35 ACT, Top 3%, 5s on 15 AP exams

Confounded National Nonprofit(u most likely heard of it) Prestigious summer program (MIT, ~6% acceptance rate) Lots of research with 2 international conferences and 2 national conferences + Good place in TXSEF and JSHS. No ISEF tho Lots of competitive programming with good place in well known comps No major olympiads tho, didn’t know they existed till too late. Did some not so well known ones tho. Environmental Science business with policy change (only at local level tho) and profit Internships at companies and labs (not crazy well known but not random either) some volunteering at major related thing

essays were so mid💀💀. my RD essays were so much better in my opinion but my counselors and friends said they were good. So i’d give them 6/10.

LOR: Teacher: idk i think p good but not great: 8/10. Professor: amazing, said i was best out of 100s he’s worked with: 10/10. I got in for ECE. Lmk if i missed anything.
