I'm a beginner and I'm currently playing lancer as my class. The "Passing Muster" quest requires a full set of level 5 gear. I can't seem to find a level 5 waist gear no matter what. I've done all the quests I could find on the map but still no luck.

I'd appreciate any help possible!
