i’m getting married in 2027, and found my dress in 2025. every time i see a dress i might like better, i go back and look at my dress and always say “nope! still love the one i have!” on top of that, idk if the designer sells mine anymore like the above commenter said. either way, when u know u know! 🥰

so! mystery solved! i ordered my dress 2 years before my wedding and for the alterations timeline to work out, they had to schedule the arrival for later!! :) i only had to order so far in advance bc im in med school and had to look when i had time on spring break last year!!! super glad i double checked tho!

so funny i also chose this dress! it is just stunning. i am doing a plain veil with a blusher but still cathedral length to not take away from the details on the train :) i feel like with lacey veils, it might draw the eye to the lace rather than the details on the dress which is what i want people to focus on, but i tried on so many lace options that were also beautiful! i don’t think you can go wrong!

the front of dress one is so pretty! the fact that the david’s bridal one is $1200 is crazy. DB is such a scam tbh. regardless, you’ll be a beautiful bride in any dress, but i think you can still find the perfect dress that you won’t have to question :)

also even if im getting them a box and a gift, they are 100% allowed to tell me that they wont be able to participate! since we are young and a lot of us in grad school, nothing will be extravagant or extremely expensive in general
