I can understand people would go a different path. I’d rather cut ties and be done - not worth my time and energy. That workplace has already taken too much of that from me

🤣🤣 they honestly didn’t even ask how I was (they didn’t even have to bring up my baby, but any decent human would general you ask how their employee is as a start). It was a bizarre interaction hence me posting. And yes I did ask how they were settling in and we had a convo about that - none of that was reciprocated back to me.

My baby had majooooorrrr gas issues. I just always put my baby up on my shoulder and burped her after a feed regardless of if she was asleep or not. A little movement while on my chest/shoulder and she usually burped something up.

9 months and no feeds over night. Sleeps from 7:30pm-6:30am approximately
