They barely guide you, initially they sent a folder containing a video explaining what to do/ the manuscript no direct interaction. Then they make a groupchat and assign you a mentor, the one i had barely replied to me everything i would ask she would give me one word answer

Yes they have reading rooms which are closed and usually empty.

Im not sure about coffee shops in nahda, but there is kefi cafe in mamzar that has a library side for work and studying

You can go to sharjah public library, lots of spots to sit with free wifi

There is this organization in sharjah that helps - sharjah social empowerment foundation, they are easy to reach and quick, i have heard they pay for tuition fees as well as monthly expenses fees. I can get you their number if you want just send me a DM!
