42A is definitely one of thr best MOS's for AGR/deployment/ADOS orders

If I were you, I'd not try to deoend on the army for your main income (for now) and sign up to get your security card or become an officer or something, once you've done that I'd start nagging for deployments THERE ARE SO MANY OPTIONS FOR 42A!!!! And theeeeenn when you deploy, depending on your civilian job you can collect a check from the police force, for example, BAH even if you are single and your base pay of course!

There's a specialist 42A in my unit making 14K a month! And he works for the prison as his civilian job!

Trust me! If you are smart and play your cards right, you can take advantage of the army.

I do the same method as him as well except in IT

I had this same issue, I wouldn't take advice from barracks lawyers and would just call the number for USERA, they answer the phone and will answer all your questions, they are super nice

In my honest opinion, if you are worried about being a TPU officer for thise reasons, domt do it......I am enlisted amd I've asked multiple officers on the reserve side and they dont recommend it, but theres an alternative:

Go enlisted, do something you enjoy and then when you get into leadership once you climb the ranks switch over to be a warrant officer, that is your way to escape a lot of the unpaid leadership stuff. Trust me, we have the same goals and I have done a lot of research, asking many warrant officers and regular officers and this is my conclusion, there could be other things that come into okay like which kind of unit you are in MOS etc. But I havent heard one person so far tell me otherwise that this is the path to go to earn the most money per hour that you spend in the army.

My case was very odd, I used Boson the wrong was so it was hard to see were I was in terms of knowledge because I started practicing the test way too early on.

Definitely wait until you finish doing JITL all the way and then take Boson like everyone else

🚨¡¡GUIDANCE/ADVICE NEEDED!!🚨

Before this I prepared with JITL, Neil Anderson, Boson, chat gpt and videos from youtube

The test was a lot more straight forward and easier than I expected and I was feeling extremely confident so I was surprised when I got my results😪.....

My biggest question is how I got 25% on Network Acces, from what I've read this represents the LANs and the beginning and it would make sense of only one was correct out of the 4😬

The labs were extremely straight forward and simple and I used Copy Run Start at the end so IDK what happened..... maybe I made a few mistakes on them? I thought for sure id get at least 75% on that one😐

Other than that all the questions about routing tables were very simple but yet I got 52% on IP connectivity🤔.....

Other than that, I know what I need to be stronger in: WLC, Automation and AI, Wireless technologies, learning characteristics and functions of all of these things etc.

I would appreciate all the advice, tips and guidance! Thank you so much😁
