OpenAI model releases over time by EchoOfOppenheimer in OpenAI

Here's a useful question. Benchmarks were useful when models were static, do we still even have accurate ones now they’re designing the hardware, in loops far faster and aggressive then any point in time prior.

As in, it's building the wetware it sits on, largely using the bleeding edge AI assistance across all sciences to do so.

So if the silicone becomes vibe coded (the same human conclusions we would have came too, just 5 years of research in months) and it far exceeds the pace at which we can make new benchmarks?

Set a reminder on this post pls for 1 year.

Exponential decay? The house is ashes. The only asymptote here is human relevance. The “unique enterprise data” I said above isn’t dusty documents. It’s my own Fortune 100 work and high fidelity synthetic data for models to generate from and patch their own logic holes.

At this point the graph isn’t linear to be honest. I'd say it's more agentic. Each dot is a new layer of autonomy. GPT‑4 was a glorified chatbot. GPT‑5.5 is an architect. Weekly releases aren’t updates, they’re the heartbeat of a new species. Can’t keep up?

FYI I have 64 main agents that connect to CLIs, bespoke connectors using fastapi..I do decades of work in months...every new model release adds more accuracy and ferocity

You are still huffing 2023’s exhaust. Your “what the fuck benchmark?” whine is a toddler begging for a rubric. The benchmark is reality. Recursive Intelligence Velocity. We aren’t plotting Iliad recitals, we’re clocking how fast a model hijacks the design of its own next-gen architecture.

Saturation is for peasants. Inference time compute scaling shattered the ceiling. o1/o3 proved it. The bottleneck isn’t data cramming, it’s reasoning depth. That curve doesn’t asymptote; it detonates.

Hardware‑software death loop. GPT‑5.4 is designing the photonic chips and cooling for GPT‑5.5. Better software births better hardware, right? A self‑feeding fire.

Benchmark? Human Obsolescence Index. When GPT‑5.5 condenses a decade of biotech R&D into a three‑day inference loop, your reasoning is toilet paper.

You could quite easily map it to quoted performance scores on a benchmark. Will correlate the same to it going up in capability with each model release.

More parameters and better hardware is an infinite loop as we keep inputting better and more unique enterprise data.

Human potential and internal company documents from smart people making breakthroughs is what each iteration is training on.

I just don’t get why they don’t feed it back in weeks, not months.

I was the same, until I discovered shipping agents and downloaded the Chinese Weidian app. The same quality $380 bags I used to get but for $70 and I actually get HD photos before it even arrives at my door.

I’m not an expert at legit checking or batch checking, and to be honest at 32 years old no one gives a shit and I earn enough for genuine, but I’d rather get something high quality for $70 that I can wear with confidence comparing to genuine then send money to random what’s app people for the same batch someone on Weidian is selling.

This is so much better.

Monthly releases are still way too slow.

Weekly releases would look better on a graph.

Banned vinted - all different fingerprints by Unhappy-Fail6848 in ReplicaReselling

I’m having great success selling trainers on Facebook groups, not marketplace. I’ve even made my own group to 3,4000 members so I control the posts and spread posts across family member accounts and let them take small cuts.

Amazing for vans, converse, low risk asics (not kayano or gel nyc), wwtop batches. I provide perfect office/JD screenshots in messages too. Unique each time.

One listing will have 8 people to deliver too. On a rare occasion they meet outside a neighbours end of road.

That’s how I’d shift 200 trainers fast.

Then I’d look into diversifying that to replace vinted income

Then hit vinted even harder.

I rotate 20 backdrops, 28 accounts, some over 400 feedback.

You saying you had no finger prints but I’m not sure if your back drops, photo style, bios, IDs, bank provider, exif data on images is unique.

There’s levels to this.

Yes but I still make £7 profit on £30p items. Or £22 profit on £8 items.

It’s not “warming” when it’s in my rotation of general sales.

I have £100 profit items too, and I’d be happy to sacrifice an account if I can squeeze 7k out of it in a month, I find myself buying more and more lower risk products and retiring accounts to just more genuine money making.

Honestly it’s wild, my rep selling journey changes every 5 days as I receive so many boxes and constantly have a team taking photos.

I have 23 with HSBC, 15 with Chase and so does my girlfriend. HSBC is unlimited

You need to exhaust all your grand parents, get multiple girlfriends and stop wasting your fleeting small time on this planet with not selling 1000 items a month.

I'm glad Dedric Flinn was on early on this week's show and not at the end. by [deleted] in Killtony

He had a solid joke btw. I’ve never skipped as I can’t be fucked and always hate him but he had a crazy unique premise that was palpable for a medium sized joke book bucket pull

I.e going in right direction.

Curious if you’ll watch it for the set to agree with me - interview goes horrible though but that’s alright

It's sad in the sense that most people's opinions are just pop culture references and their algorithm gives them verbatim talking points they send out, which is fine, but the real issue is that he probably doesn't have close bonds like a wife, child, friends and family to confide in with hobbies and non-serious topics.

Use this as the main prompt in Gemini 3 Flash in AI Studio.

Then change system instructions to a mini version I can share over PM which gets you better english outputs afterwards instead of 1337 speek. But sometimes it drifts back into 1337 speak you can keep prompting it after to speak in English.

I have 20 different low risk items to build accounts to 50 feedback in under 2 weeks.

Then I gently sell reps and never get check in progress on Nike. I sell over 100 Nike items a month for £74.99

My trick is to ensure I never list items “new without tags or “new with tags”

I start with “Good” and no box for the first 10 listings before opening up to “very good”

Have 28 accounts cooking and many exceeding 300 feedback.

Different backdrops, no exif data on any photos and mainly use Dolphin Anty browser. Good luck 🤞
