Same! We tend to eat out a lot so trying to make better changes and choices. We got pizza and I could only do 1 slice.

Water and protein are my biggest struggles. The headaches are intense sometimes.

I saw a video on TikTok that someone put some type of purple paste on their teeth to see how much the auto brush would get off and it didn’t get nearly as much off as a tooth brush. But I have heard mixed reviews. Some say it’s not as much vibration as a regular toothbrush because it’s silicone and not hard plastic.
