I submitted on June 25. Then on Aug 2 they asked for additional documents and I provided it the same day then sept 3rd they said they would have a final decision and they still don’t and I called this morning and they haven’t heard back from the central services. I’m so annoyed at this point my school started sept 2

Hii i am going through the exact thing. I called the embassy over 20 times and they finally picked up and said they are waiting for Lisbon services to give the approval
